He was a founder of “NON ALIGNED” movement. From Bihar to woo Nitish Kumar into NDA fold. This Paltu Ram obliged Modi Ji. (b)- Late Charan Singh to woo, RLD leader into NDA fold, Succeeded. (c) Late Narsimma Rao. Objective to belittle Congress and woo the Tlangana. Not likely to succeed. (d) Dr. M. S. Swaminathan a great agronomist and Scientist. Responsible for green revolution in the country. May be PM Sir wanted to please the farming community. Effect very doubtful. (e) L.K. Advani a very senior leader of the BJP who was mainly responsible for RAM MANDIR movement.
