Governor of Delhi. e- Morbi Bridge Collapsed on 30th October, 2022 killing nearly 150 people. This was a Bridge Constructed more then 150 years no auditing or Overhauling. The son of a Politically influential person was insisting a young girl in the profession of a prostitute. The qualification of the young girl smart, good Looking, from poor family, bread Earner, hailing from remote area. An other incident where the son of A Central Government Minister mowed down some agitating farmers under his vehicle in Lakhimpur District. These are the incidents of which came in to publicity, otherwise there are a number of such incident where the children of the influential political families have committed such crimes. On Cyrus Mistri – Road Accident. A Lot of hue and cry was made on this road accident and death of Mr. Cyrus Mistri. A rebound Industrialist and well known to Ratan Tata. Individual was traveling in one of the most advanced and expensive car (Mercedes) The accident cause was high-speed and reckless driving of the lady driver. Not anything was lacking in the car design or reediness. Bengaluru Today ... Waterlogged plush areas of India’s tech capital are another grim warning to all cities. – The truth is if India’s City continue to be victims of bad/ corrupt planning and political machinations, future disasters will make what happened in some parts of Bengaluru look like a walk in the park. Let’s put things in perspective with a towering Gandhi statue. Undoubtedly the place where Subhash Bose statue has been re-erected should have been Mahatma Gandhi’s Place. We all respect and praise Bose, but we have to analyze whether his efforts would have brought Independence to India. He had sided with AXIS FORCES (Germany, Italy, Japan, all were hard dictatorial regimes.) Though what is most relevant today is that Bose was fundamentally a secularist, and contemptuous of the Hindu Mahasabha. The vision of India was oppose to Sarvarkar Hindutva. Manipulating fall of dully Elected Governments : A- A Recent trend has been to somehow, break the dully elected governments. The recent example are Delhi and Maharashtra. And efforts’ are on to imbalance Telangana and many more. Present trend is to use of huge amount of money power. Either Cash or Offering Lucrative offers. Air travel, Resorts or Stay in Five star hotels. After all Indians are Indians and can easily be bought. I am reminded of olden days when, famously known 3 LALS of Haryana. They were Bansi Lal, Devi Lal and Most famous Bhajan Lal. Out of the 3, Bhajan Lal became the most notorious, he use to walk from one party to another with full of his gang of nearly 45 or more MLA’s. And the most known name AYA RAM – GAYA RAM, became known from that time. (By the way recently Congress Leader Kuldeep Bisnohi having changeover to BJP is the son of notorious Bhajan Lal). B- The most recent talk about leader is Gulam Nabi Azad. He has called the top leadership of congress by all petty names. I am narrating one incident of UPCC when GNA was OIC UPCC. It was a IFTAR PARTY organized at Clarkes Awadh at Lucknow. GNA asked me how many peoples meeting can be organized at Lucknow or other places. A proposal was readied for 500 to 3000 people. Was sent in writing to him, since no reply was received for considerable time I made three attempts to meet him at Delhi. No time was given by him for a meeting. And finally the proposal was dropped. One can easily conclude that GNA was shirking his assigned responsibility. One can confidently say that GNA was responsible to a great extent for debacle of congress in various elections. PM’S VISIT : A- PM visited Germany on 26th June, 2022 to attend G-7 meeting. He addressed the INDIAN DIASPORA, which he always does (So that he remains visible most of the time). He Cited the occurrence of 1975 when National Emergency was declared. The intention being to lower the image of his political opponents is adversely painted. The happening alright. But he should have talked about JANTA PARTY experiments and its failure and further follow-up. His greatness would have been to talk about 1971 war and the greatness of our Armed Forces and acumen of our political leadership. He could have also talked about operation BLUE STAR that saved the country from disintegrating. B- Two days massive conclave was held in Hyderabad having invited complete Jing Bang of BJP Saffronites. The objective to prepare ground to oust KCR Govt.. Amit Shah stated 30-40 years of BJP Raj. KCR responded his words of wisdom “India is under undeclared emergency”. Is it Loktantra or Shadyad, Lokshai or Tanashai. KCR also stated we need BJP mukt Govt. C- Sri Lanka happening’s – very clearly indicated majoritism has failed inspite of the fact that RAJAPAKSA eliminated LTTE by military means and gaind massive majority in 2019 Elections still they failed. STATE OF THE NATION : A- The state of U.P. was in turmoil due to NUPUR SHARMA and Naveen Jindal. Both were punished by the BJP Leadership. Since the damage was already done it reached a state of unrest, in the district of Prayagraj and Kanpur, slowly it spread to the western district of Muzaffarnagar and Saharanpur the main weapon was stone pelting. Also the damage was caused to Govt. and Private Property. To teach a lesion U.P. Govt. retaliated by BULDOZER activity. This caused damage to private properties of suspected involved people. Though no legality in this action, however this sent a threat to the minorities. The aim of the ruling party was achieved. B- AGNIPATH – AGNIVEER. At one pen of Stop the Government changed the recruitment policy. And defined a 4 year engagement for the other ranks. Not only in the army but other 2 services that is AIR FORCE & NAVY too. The inadequacies are - (a) Is this short duration enough for Hi-Tech equipment being operated by all the three services. (b) 4 years time is just sufficient to acquire a desired level of proficiency. (c) The regimental sprit generated after a prolong training and camaraderie would be lacking (Specific to Army). (d) – The relevance of Reemploying, 25% of the Agniveers would create gaps and short falls in the perspective training plains. (e)- The lure of reemploying Agniveers into other organizations like BSF, CRPF or Other such organizations, is big JHANSA. Even in the exerting orders where a certain % of vacancies are ear marked for ex-servicemen are never fulfilled. (c) – This idea has being borrowed from rich and effluent countries, where the education levels are High and employment is not a problem. Even now it would be nice to analies the two personalities of the event. A- Putin the presently president of Russian Federation. He is seventy years of age started his career in KGB. And headed the KGB the later. He entered the politics with a rank of Colonel. He was PM initially and now he his third term as the President and may continue any length of time. B- Zerenesky – A President of UKREINE for last about 4 years length. He is a JEW by birth. Educated in US, Worked as a TV comedian before being elected as a president of the country. At the time of his election he was barely 41 years of age. There appears to be no possibility of any reconciliation. On the other hand the US president Biden is working as a instigator in the whole conflict if the US president’s efforts succeed we should not be surprised – a III World War breaks out. Russia – Ukraine conflict completes two months (Started on 24th February, 2022) : There appears to be no likelihood of any truce. Even Boris Jonson on his visit to India now has warned, this conflict would continue till end of 2023. What does US wants – to create a launch pad in POLAND, as they did in Pakistan for operations in Afghanistan (Which lasted for 20 years.) Undoubtedly a war create devastation and damage to property and human life. India has rightly maintain a NEUTRAL position in all World Forums – Like UNGA and UNSC. Though US and Western Countries have kept on pressurizing India. What are the compulsions for PUTIN. Not to get EU or NATO closer to Russia and become a Nassor for Russia. Americans cant be taken as a reliable partners. Two Examples are quoted below. A- Post 1962. Americans gave all possible hopes to India to provide all possible arms, they only armed Pak’ies sophiscated Aircraft (Like F-86, F-104 etc.). What gave to India an organization like DGS (Directorate General of Security), comprising of ARC, SFF, and SSB. Giving hopes to recapture TIBET by Military means. The basic aim remained to establish facilities to monitor missile programme in China. (Later on DGS got converted into RAW in the year 1968). B- During 1971 war when Indian forces were well placed and moving towards Dhaka the US sent there 7th fleet into Bay of Bengal. Since This is The Time of Heavy Elections Fever Hence Some of the Events - ‘What is Happening Around the Country’ : A- Politics appears to be at its lowest ebb. Come what may ‘We have to stay in Power’. B- Rajdeep Sardesai (of India Today) in GOA. “Beautiful Country side what poorest class of politicians. You never know who will change the colours when “?” (This reflect the old Haryana type of politics – AAYA RAM – GAYA RAM). C- PM speech in Parliament on 7th Feb. – was SATIRICAL / RIDICULING. Many generation of Nehru & Indira. It has to be appreciated that what actions Indira Ji took in Punjab that saved the Unity and Sovereignty of the country at the cost of her life. D- The PM Sir ridiculed the oppositions in instigating the migrants to leave the places there work the people only helped the migrants wherever it was possible. 8th December 2021 : Most tragic Helicopter Accident resulted in precious loss of 14 Defense Personnel Including the first CDS of the Armed Forces (General Bipin Rawat). COI is complete an has squirrely blamed the pilot. Ruling out the possibility of technical failure or Sabotage. Was it an avoidable accident ? Yes. Only a distance of 50 Km. was to be covered time 20 minutes including taxying and take off. The hepter should have flown 2000 feet above the terrain clearance and descendent over head DSSC helipad in VMC condition only. If VMC condition were not established the hepter should have gone back to SULUR. The preflight briefing should have been attended by the COO, or the AOC. After all it was a VIP flight, The importance of preflight briefing can’t be diluted. A word about CDS’s thought process on the Air Power. He had stated one of his stated earlier “In Our Context Air Force is an extended Arm of Air borne Artillery. This is misconception in our context. Air power is dominant force to destroy the enemy’s war potential First. This was amply displayed during the 71 war. When the IAF had neutralized the war waging machinery of the Paki’s in the first three days itself. Which facilitated the Early Surrender in the East Pak. The IAF utilized all possible Air effort. (Air Craft like OTTER’s, CARIBOUS and AN-12 Air Craft Suitably modified for Bombing Role. Even the Soviets were surprised). Thought process of Theater Command. This is OK for US Forces who have global deployment, and more than 7000 combat Air Craft. Where as IAF has barely 700 Air Craft. May be due to weather constraints, it was decided to move by road. Undoubtedly the PM’s security is utmost. The overall responsibility lies with the SPG. The SPG full authority to change the route and advice the PM on the alternates may be the Hon’ble PM was not willing to accept the SPG advise due to political compulsions. 70000 chairs w/s the presence of 700 was a tricky factor ?. A Happy New Year 2022 To All 1962 – Indo-China War : Post 1962 operations China Study Group was established to asses the short falls in the North-East. Primarily the Road Communications. Mainly whole of North East was fed by aerial air maintenance. Initially the task was assigned to Kalinga Airways of Biju Patnayak. All the villages of Mizoram, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh were Air Maintained. The task for the Air Force was nearly 155000 tons per month. Slowly the task got tapered down to 5000 tons a month. This was due to improved conditions in the north east. Those who say no development have done since independence need to look into the records. 1965 Indo – Pak War : As the war situation had receded this was a time for War Damage Assessment. At Pathankot one of the unserviceable packet Aircraft was damaged. A Parliamentary delegation visited the station. Their visit was planned to No- 12 sqn. dispersal. They were to be briefed; the task was assigned to Tikkoo – a technical officer of the sqn. . All other aircrews were around. Tikkoo started the briefing “I am Pilot Officer Tikkoo all others standing are pilots”. 1971 Libration of Bangladesh War: Very recently some political opportunist have penned down some articles to show Sam Maneck Shaw in a bit of lower heights.
