Friends
& Critics – On Covid - 19
Covid – 19 has remained a primary event throughout and
now we are entering 5th Phase of LOCKDOWN of the event, Friends the
1st case of the Covid-19 was identified reported and taken cognizance
on 30th January 2020 in KERALA. A girl student from WUHAN had returned
to her home town. However we remained silent till 24th of march.
Some salient points are discussed below :
A-
PM sir have you realized and appreciated that as and
when you have addressed the Nation on electronic media it his brought misery to
the poor. First example is 8th November 2016 when you declared
DEMONITISATION, a large number of poor people were adversely affected. They
lost their hard earned saving even lost their lives in fighting for their
legitimate expectations. Similarly now a large number of Migrants have suffered
physically, financially and a good number have lost their lives.
B-
PM Sir the delayed action can that be construed due to
visit of MMDT. Friends we may call it in coincident but it has happened wherever
MMDT visited that is AHAMDABAD, AGRA and DELHI are the worst affected due to Covid
– 19. Like MMDT is fighting a case against China for Covid-19. I think we have
full justification to file a case against MMDT in International Court of
Justice against MMDT.
C-
Once again our poor and deprived and have-nots the
migrant class were neglected at the initial stages, and they remained fighting
for their return to their native places. To see their neglect and plight on
roads and Railway Platforms was pathetic and painful. May be if they were part
of the scheme at the very beginning, it was avoidable.
A few Suggestion on Migrant Labor / Workers :
a-
Divide all such personal (Specially in BIMARU States) from
where they are picked up into the category unskilled, semiskilled and high
skilled. They should be registered with respective state government accordingly.
They should be normally assign to the demanding state and a record maintain.
b-
To avoid large scale movement it would be prudent to
developed infrastructure in at least 33% of Districts to have Infrastructure of
Industry to absorb them within the State. For example UP has 75 Districts 25
Districts should be Industrially Developed to absorb these Migrant with in the
State. It is suggested that this formula of 33% should be equally applied to
all the States from where the migrants move out.
c-
Wherever Migrants are employed the Railway pained for
their Timely Movement to their native States should be like a WAR PLAN.
d-
May be more and more regulatory mandates likely to
bringing corrupt practices.
Snippets
a) Undoubtedly our leadership
Kept on taking initiatives and actions to fight Covid-19 But What has saved us most
is HIGH IMUNITY Levels of our 85% of poor class. They are the people who can
drink water from any sources and eat any thing from roadside DHABA’S and THELAWALA’S.
b) Biggest suffers of CORONA
are Social Activities, Travel & Tourism etc.
c) Why Millions Defied The
Lockdown – Stranded or marching, migrants have exposed our ignorance of what poverty in today’s
India means.
d) Poverty compounds India’s
CORONA suffering Govt. never fixed this core problem.
e) MSME sector on verge of
collapse says Gadkari.
f) MMDT Says reopening may cause
deaths, but can’t be sitting at home for 3 years – A logic by the Top leader of
the would.
