First : The BJP’s Strategy is to Secure power at all cost. As exhibited in Manipur as well as Goa, No one is an untouchable for the party. The main criterion is win ability. The swift manner in which the BJP formed the government Goa and Manipur. Both states where it came behind the Congress, could have only happened with advanced planning and crucial help from not just other political parties but also the Governor.

Second : UP’s new Hindu rashtra must try reaching out to Muslims. The appointment of Hindutva leader Yogi Adityanath as chief minister has converted the majority verdict in UP into a majoritarian one, and PM Modi has taken a huge risk given his sabka saath sabka vikash rhetroric. Verdict 2017 has been brutally divisive. Muslim representation in UP’s assembly has fallen from 17.1% in 2012 to 5.9% in 2017.

Modi’s tenure in Gujarat saw communal peace but the price of that peace has been a bitterly divided society. Ahmedabad’s residential areas are starkly partitioned along religious lines. Similar divisions in UP would be potentially disastrous given the sheer size of the Muslim population and deep commercial inter connectedness between communities.

Thirdly : First week of Yogi’s rule – “Directions and Instructions to Bureaucracy and Police. Perform or Perish”.

Fourthly : A Gaushala is to be created at 5 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow (The official residence of the CM). The activity is (A) – against civic norms and etiquettes (B ) against the very concept of Swach Bharat.

            A suggestion to dear CM. You have nearly 4.5 MLA’s in 75 district of UP. Hundreds of cows and other animals loiter around the cities and roads of UP. They are not only serious road safety hazard but also defeat PM’s most important swach Bharat abhiyan. Each district should be advised to open five gausala’s with hundred cows in each of them. They should be open outside the residential areas. They should be closely monitored by the district BJP setups. Such an step would ensure cleanliness and would also be a step towards creation of smart cities.

First : On 12^th March, We saw Modis Road Show. A victory march lead by the General of the ruling party. It was devoid of Honesty, Modesty, Humility and decency.  Presumably it was a prelude to Municipal Elections in Delhi.

Second : Largest party (That is Congress in Goa and Manipur) was ignored but BJP manipulated through the governors appointed solely by the RSS.

Thirdly : Governor of Rajasthan (Shri Kalyan Singh) stayed in his home town Atarauli for two months where his grand son was a candidate. Even Shri Ram Nayak Governor of U.P. played a effective role in casting some remark or the other against the incumbent C.M. of state (That is against Akhilesh Yadav).

Fourthly : A comment Populism West And East – Modi deploys his own version of it to win decisively in Indian elections Voters worldwide are rejecting establishment figures for populists, and sensing this mood Modi has increasingly positioned himself as a populist strongman. He is now running the most centralized administration India has seen in decades.

Fifthly : News paper reports-TOI dated 16^th March POSTERS IN BAREILLY ASK MUSLIMS TO LEAVE (In Jianagla, a village 70 km from Bareilly). HT 16^th March COPS DEPLOYED AFTER HATE POSTERS DOT WALLS IN BAREILLY VILLAGE.

Sixthly : Padmavati Film Set Vandalised Again (In Kolhapur – Maharashtra).

Seventhly : Yogi Adityanath, a fire brand Hindutva Leader of the BJP is appointed as the C.M. of U.P. I am reminded of Shri M.S. Golwalkar who was the longest serving (30 years) Sarsangh Chalak of the RSS. Having gone through his book he very aptly and clearly stated in his book Hindustan is only for Hindus others should leave – the current dispensation has set the agenda for the same.

The Last Fought Electoral Battle of Yours

Firstly: It was a surgical strike launched by a General who was scared that the battle should not be lost, come what may ? For this self defined task you were duly supported by your Chief of Staff (AS).

Secondly : To achieve this task you played a game of ‘Divisive Politics’ You showered your audiences with comparisons Kabirstan / Shamshan and compared for power supply in the State of U.P. with Eid & Diwali festival. Which is not correct, power supply during festival days is equally good on all festival days. Not only that power supply is nearly 24 ours in big city like Bareilly (I am residing after my retirement since beginning of 2004).

Thirdly : Your Deputy (AS) called all opposition parties terrorist (KASAB).

Fourthly : Often you talked about CORRUPTION as biggest evil. If you were so sincere about removing corruption, Why did you not create a LOKAYUKTA in Gujrat where you stayed as C.M. for -12 years, similarly you have put the appointment of Lokpal in the centre. This is indicative that you want to keep all the power in you hands.

Fifthly : You have ensured that Media remains TAMED, Judiciary is SKEPTICAL and Minorities are PETRIFIED. You have succeeded in creating a fear psychosis. During Second world war people like Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin created such an environment.
